ich hatte bereits mehrmals hier geschrieben. Nochmal kurz dazu: ich bin 30 Jahre, weiblich, seit 13 Jahren Diagnose idiopath. membranöse Glomerulonephritis. Momentan inaktiv.
Ich habe jetzt Blutwerte vom Rheumatologen bekommen. Dort wurde ich hingeschickt, weil man bei mir einen ANA-Titer von 1:1280 fand, homogenes Muster.
ANA-Titer: 1:320 (Norm: <1:100)
ANA-Muster: Kern homogen
DNS: <10 IU/ml (Norm: <100)
CRP: 2,0 mg/l (Norm: <5,0)
BSG: 5 mm n. W. (Norm: 0-10)
CK: 2,24 umol/l /s (Norm: <2,85)
B-GL 14,1 g/l (Norm: 8,6-13,1)
Albu 55,4 g/l (Norm 55,0-66,0)
AACCP 1,7 U/ml (Norm <7)
A-1 2,7g/l (Norm 2,1-3,8)
A-2 14,0 g/l (norm 9,1-14,1)
THRO 220 Gpt/l (Norm 150-350)
Ery 4,41 Tpt/l (Norm 4,2-5,5)
Leuk 4,39 Gpt/l (Norm 3,5-9,8)
HK 0,39 l/l (Norm 0,37-0,47)
GFR >90 (Norm >80 ml/min/1.73qm)
Krea 59 umol/l (Norm <80)
HB 8,00 mmol/l (Norm 7,4 - 10,7)
RFQ 10,9 IU/ml (Norm <14)
SBZ 4,95 mmol/l (Norm 4,20-6,40)
Können Sie mir sagen, ob die Blutwerte in Ordnung sind? Was ist A-1, A-2, B-GL, DNS, AACCP, RFQ, SBZ? Diese Werte verstehe ich gar nicht.
Deuten diese Werte auf etwas Rheumatisches hin?
