Dear Dr. I have hemorhoids most likely. At first i had a iching in my anus about 3-4 months ago, and now i cant go to restroom normally (i dont have bloody Scheiße , but cant go too much, just a little bit) and sometimes i have pain in my anus when i am sitting for a while, sharp strong pain. Can you say what to do, to make hemorhoids disappear and make life normally again.

Please answer for the medicine i need, and where i can buy it.

Pain is no symptom of hämorrhoids. I think, a fissure ist more likely (typical: pain while and after the passing of the stool).
Try to make a therapy with salves aganist pain (lidocain, xylocain) und make an self therapy with an anal expander.
